Connect4water is an initiative led by seven graduate students attending the University of Pennsylvania. This project is a component of the Global Pennovation course run through the Organizational Dynamics program of the School of Arts and Sciences.
The students participating in this project largely consist of Organizational Dynamics and Environmental Studies students. The mission of Organizational Dynamics is to create and deliver multidisciplinary and integrated education to enable our working students to be more effective leaders and sources of sustainable growth, development and creativity in their professional pursuits. The mission of Environmental Science program is to bring the time perspective of the Earth scientist to bear on contemporary problems of natural-resource conservation and environmental quality.
Through the Global Pennovation course we are investigating the challenges of global water security. It is our goal to work as a group to leverage the skills we have learned in our programs to create an awareness of the global water situation.
